 Scope of this Position

  • Develop skills necessary to enable promotion.
  • Help employees acquire the skills to achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with all departments and employees to ensure the hotel stays #1.
  • Understand that when people dine in hotels they expect to receive great service and be pampered. Hire employees who understand that and love to serve.
  • Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Restaurant, Lounge, In-Room Dining
  • In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or positions: Fine Dining Restaurant, Lounge, In-Room Dining
  • Requires a minimum of 2 year(s) of supervisory experience.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 year(s) of experience.
  • This position reports to: Assistant General Manager/Food & Beverage Director
  • Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.

 Job Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
  • Teach and reward teamwork.

Technical Requirements:
  • Oversee all phases of outlet operations.
  • Strong track record maintaining consistent standards.
  • Closely monitor guests dining experiences.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor.

  • Build morale and spirit.
  • Use a "hands-on" approach to management.
  • Abilities to inspire, train, and develop people for promotion.
  • Experience training and cross-training employees.
  • Instill a guest service attitude in all employees.
  • Instill a calm, organized approach in all situations.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of computers.
  • Strong customer service orientation and skills.
  • Exceptional detail in follow-up.
  • Solid scheduling experience.

 Compensation

Salary$29,549 - $38,375
Bonuspayable annually
