Scope of this Position |
 |
- Assure all groups receive great service.
- Run informative line-ups each day and coordinate functions taking place in different meeting rooms at the same time.
- Train and develop people to replace you to speed your own promotional opportunities to hotels with larger meeting facilities, or to F&B Manager/Director.
- Requires a minimum of 3 year(s) of supervisory experience.
- Requires a minimum of 5 year(s) of experience.
- This position reports to: AGM-F&B
- Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.

Job Requirements |

- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience supervising a few banquets at the same time.
- Maintain a balance between floor supervision, administration, employee training and mentoring, and hosting/communicating with groups.
- Coordinate meal and set up requests with appropriate Departments.
- Excellent communications with FO, Catering, and Sales.
- Be available during all major Banquet functions.
- Run energetic, informative daily lineups.
- Maintain daily log book.
Managerial Requirements:
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Build morale and spirit.
- Use a "hands-on" approach to management.
- Instill a guest service attitude in all employees.
Business Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation and skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Exceptional detail in follow-up.

Educational Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.

Featured in the hotel is a full service day spa, Spa Botanica. Espressos, coffee, sundries and high speed wireless Interent is available in Caffeina's Marketplace. The 10 story atrium lobby includes a bar and full service restaurant. The fitness center features Precor, and the outdoor pool is heated and includes a whirlpool. |
