Scope of this Position |
|
- Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Entire Executive Committee
- In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or positions: Solid experience in full service hotels.
- Requires a minimum of 3 year(s) of supervisory experience.
- Requires a minimum of 5 year(s) of experience.
- This position reports to: Regional Vice President
- Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.

- Track record improving market leading properties.
Leadership Requirements:
- Provide leadership to the departments to achieve their goals and objectives.

- Experience training and cross-training employees.
Business Skills:
- Strong technical skills.

Educational Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Specific degree in: BA/BS a plus.
